Some of the above parties may be situated outside of the European Economic Area ("EEA"). By proceeding with this insurance, We assume that You agree to these transfers.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the personal data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

We will not disclose the personal data to any other person or organisation unless We are required to by Our legal and regulatory obligations. We may use and share the personal data with other organisations and public bodies including the police and anti-fraud organisations for the prevention and detection of crime including fraud and financial sanctions.
